To get the censored news, I am tempted to ask you just to read Global Research News articles. However, perhaps my newsletter is useful to support their narrative by adding other equally brilliant censored voices. Though the chapters interrelate, as usual they are divided into four sections:

Rooting for Real Farms Video Series
In our latest episode, London-based Ukrainian chef Olia Hercules cooks Ukrainian style pork dumplings at her kitchen in East London. Olia only ever sources high welfare pork from farms like Hampton Gay Organic Farm, where the pigs are slow grown and free to roam outdoors all year round.
Olia said, “Pregnant pigs rammed into a tiny enclosure without being able to move, it’s making me want to cry. If you know that an animal has been treated that way I don’t know how you can enjoy eating it. I would never buy factory farmed meat because I don’t want that system to exist. I turn my nose up to factory farming.“

In March 2022, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned of a “hurricane of hunger and a meltdown of the global food system” in the wake of the crisis in Ukraine.
‘Guterres said food, fuel and fertiliser prices were skyrocketing with supply chains being disrupted and added this is hitting the poorest the hardest and planting the seeds for political instability and unrest around the globe.
According to the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems, there is currently sufficient food and no risk of global food supply shortages.
We see an abundance of food but skyrocketing prices. The issue is not food shortage but speculation on food commodities and the manipulation of an inherently flawed global food system that serves the interests of corporate agribusiness traders and suppliers of inputs at the expense of people’s needs and genuine food security.
The war in Ukraine is a geopolitical trade and energy conflict.
Economist Professor Michael Hudson recently stated that ultimately the war is against Europe and Germany. The purpose of the sanctions is to prevent Europe and other allies from increasing their trade and investment with Russia and China.’
The closure of the world economy in March 2020 (‘lockdown’) served to trigger an unprecedented process of global indebtedness. Conditionalities mean national governments will have to capitulate to the demands of Western financial institutions. These debts are largely dollar-denominated, helping to strengthen the US dollar and US leverage over countries.
The US is creating a new world order and needs to ensure much of the Global South remains in its orbit of influence rather than ending up in the Russian and especially Chinese camp and its belt road initiative for economic prosperity.
Post-COVID, this is what the war in Ukraine, sanctions on Russia and the engineered food and energy crisis are really about.
Back in 2014, Michael Hudson stated that the US has been able to dominate most of the Global South through agriculture and control of the food supply. The World Bank’s geopolitical lending strategy has transformed countries into food deficit areas by convincing them to grow cash crops – plantation export crops – not to feed themselves with their own food crops.
The oil sector and agribusiness have been joined at the hip as part of US geopolitical strategy.
‘The dominant notion of ‘food security’ promoted by global agribusiness players like Cargill, Archer Daniel Midland, Bunge and Louis Dreyfus and supported by the World Bank is based on the ability of people and nations to purchase food. It has nothing to do with self-sufficiency and everything to do with global markets and supply chains controlled by giant agribusiness players.

‘Should there be any doubt as to the interest of US GMO-linked agribusiness in grabbing Ukraine prime farmland, a look at the current Board of Directors of the US-Ukraine Business Council is instructive. It includes the largest private grain and agribusiness giant in the world, Cargill. It includes Monsanto/Bayer which owns patented GMO seeds and the deadly pesticide, Roundup. It includes Corteva, the huge GMO fusion of DuPont and Dow Chemicals. It includes fellow grain cartel giants Bunge and Louis Dreyfus. It includes the major farm equipment maker John Deere.
These were the powerful agribusiness corporations reportedly behind Zelenskyy’s betrayal of his election promise (to hold a national referendum on any change in land ownership). With Bayer/Monsanto, Corteva and Cargill already controlling a reported 16.7 million hectares of prime Ukraine black earth farmland, and with a de facto bribe from the IMF and World Bank, Zelenskyy’s government caved in and sold out. The result will be very bad for the future of what was until recently the “breadbasket of Europe.” With Ukraine now being pried open by the GMO cartel companies, it leaves only Russia which banned GMO crops in 2016 as the only major world grain supplier without GMO. The EU is reportedly working on a new law that would overturn the long-established critical approval process for GMO crops and open the floodgates there to the GMO takeover.’

‘The grain deal between Ukraine, Russia, the United Nations and Turkey has played a pivotal role in stabilising global food and grain supplies to an extent. Now, Russia is threatening to pull out because only a tiny percentage of grain boats are going to poor countries, the rest go to Europe.’
‘Farmers and their allies have accused the coalition government, which includes the Green party, of scapegoating rural Ireland and leaving farmers little option but to cull herds. So far there have been no Dutch-style protests.
Until recently, the government had encouraged dairy farmers to expand to exploit the end of EU milk quotas. Farmers invested in new equipment and the dairy herd grew by almost half in the past decade. Irish butter, cheese and other produce – 90% is exported – filled supermarket shelves around the world.
“All the talk was of what dairy could deliver for the economy and society and we did that in spades. Now it’s the bad boy,” said McCormack.’
We must say goodbye to industrial agriculture as corporate led and facilitated neoliberal policies in agriculture have forced farmers to expand to compete with cheap imports. Consequently the external costs of industrial agriculture are barbaric, not least the killing of male dairy calves as they dont grow large enough to give the farmer enough of an income.

In the shift to nature friendly agroecological farming practices we cannot lose a single farmer so the process of weaning independent farmers off industrial farming must be slow and financially supported to sustain their livelihoods to feed the nation.

‘We will get the same thing happening with food if the climate change fanatics push through these plans that will shut down farmers. Food prices will go up even more than they already have.
But perhaps they want that, maybe they want meat to become so expensive that people cannot afford to eat it (the rich and elite will of course still eat meat). Meanwhile you get to eat the bugs and insects…
The interesting thing about the farmers’ protest is that it has barely made the news in English speaking media. Why?’

‘Sympathizers elsewhere in Europe staged protests in solidarity with the Dutch farmers, arguing that such a policy is counterproductive amid highly elevated inflation levels and food shortages.’
The Dutch government mandated a 50% reduction in nitrogen emissions by 2030, tasking individual municipalities to figure out how best to meet that goal, Deutsche Welle reported.
Livestock farming accounts for 40% of emissions in the country.
The policy could see up to a third of livestock farmers put out of business.
The Netherlands is the world’s second-largest exporter of agricultural products and the European Union’s largest meat exporter, according to CBS News.

The BBC reports symptoms of breakdown of industrial agriculture but, instead of promoting solutions where farmers slowly move towards traditional small scale mixed farming in harmony with nature, their solutions are corporate tech giants hoovering up the profits via high tech ag. R&D and equity funds poured into robots, GM, vertical farming and lab meat and grabbing the bankrupt farmers’ land for energy production and rewilding in order to off-set continued corporate CO2 emissions.

This is causing heartache and distress for the 200 farmers who rely on it for slaughtering their animals. But the closure will also spark wider anxiety amongst farmers who depend on a small abattoir in other regions.
Many farmers in agri-environment schemes, including those with organic, pasture-fed, rare breeds and other high welfare systems, have managed to survive financially by marketing the meat from their animals direct to consumers. For this to be possible there needs to be a small abattoir within a reasonable distance of the farm.’

Farm Forward’s website states that their mission is to “promote conscientious food choices, reduce farmed animal suffering, and advance sustainable agriculture.”’

‘A long-running study has found creating habitats on an arable farm has significantly increased birds and insects without reducing yields.
The study, which was published in the Journal of Applied Ecology, adds a long-term view into the debate around nature-friendly farming techniques, like organic, and how they can help achieve more food self-sufficiency in the UK.
It also aimed to find out whether repairing habitats, which farmers could soon be paid for under new farming subsidy schemes, could restore biodiversity losses that have occurred on arable farms since farming intensified post Second World War.
Results found all bird species on the farm increased by a third between 2006 and 2016, compared to an average of 13 per cent at other monitored sites, while butterfly numbers grew by 40 per cent, compared to 21 per cent elsewhere.’

‘What could be the point of provoking China? Do American Congressmen, think tanks and sundry Admirals and Generals think they can defeat China? ‘On August 22 the exchange-traded market price for natural gas in the German THE (Trading Hub Europe) gas hub was trading more than 1000% higher than a year ago. For global dominance, the US, with the assistance of its UK stooge, has assassinated leaders who have dared suggest that their trade come off the US dollar. Most recently Iraq’s Saddam Hussein for his attempts to sell his oil in Euros, Libya’s, Muammar Gaddafi for founding an African central bank with its own gold-backed currency and the proposed Bank of the South didn’t even get to open its doors due to pressure from the US.

‘Western media outlets are playing the drumbeats of war by warning the public that a new Chinese empire is going to develop into an unstoppable force capable of ruling the world with an iron fist.
They claim that under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), they will control every country and human being on earth. Overall, it’s an absurd claim. It is fair to say that China under the leadership of the CCP has several issues that concerns the Chinese public with a social credit score system, Zero Covid policy rules and a nation-wide surveillance system that is Orwellian to say the least. China also had a one child policy that has led to a decline in its population which was and still is problematic for its future when it comes to their labor force and economy, but they ended that policy in 2016.

One [thing companies will do] is to become monopolies. If they could monopolize something, they could corner the market; then they can enrich themselves. What happens to people — that is irrelevant to them.
They are not in the business of attending to the social needs of people. They are only thinking about their profit, and if you allow the market to go free, unregulated, then the world will face monopolies of giants who will not care at all about what happens to people, what happens to the consumers, for example.”

‘Ecocide will continue as long as ecocide is profitable. No possible iteration of capitalism can address this problem. This, in and of itself, is a sufficiently strong argument that capitalism must be abandoned. That’s why so many capitalism proponents are reduced to simply pretending that ecocide isn’t a problem.

“I was not on the ‘lab-leak’ side of things in the very beginning. In fact I thought that doesn’t sound right. And I remember explaining in a very learned way to a good friend of mine, ‘no that’s not right; this is a natural’, sometime in the spring of 2020. So what we are talking about is my edu also because i got to watch this story very close up. Some of the principals involved in making the case that it is from nature from the Wuhan market; the one that is featured in the NYT story in the last few months about the scientist finding the origins. And i can tell you that over the period of 2 years I was lied to so many times. (Peter) Dashack told me so many things that were not true, was the opposite of transparent. I had to tell them you can’t head this task force and soon after that, you can’t even be on the commission. So i didn’t disband the commission but I did take him off the task force. And then the task force members were dishonest to me after i was completely clear with them; ‘I want to know what your potential conflicts of interest are, are you involved with Eco Health Alliance, with Dashack, (President of Eco Health Alliance) are you involved with Wuhan Institute of Virology, are you involved with the NHA (National Health Alliance) in a way that we should understand that there may be a potential conflict for you. None of them told the truth. Maybe that is not shocking. But it was surprising to me because these are, some of them, people that I have known, some of them personal friends, in some cases, for 20 years.
They absolutely did not tell the truth, when I asked them clearly, explicitly. So that was one part of this story, my growing dismay, consternation that something is really really wrong about this. And then on the other side is those who followed this story and you are certainly among the lead in that. The freedom of information act and leaks, one by one, were demolishing the premises of the natural spillover story, but also revealing the utter transparency and misdirection that the US Government was leading, basically from the start. We were not hearing the truth. Again why am I surprised? But, it’s dismaying to see it come out step by step in this way and what is absolutely clear to me is that there are two viable hypotheses about the origin of this, and one of them is out of a lab and there is nothing outlandish about it at all. And like you said, I think it is the odds on explanation. I don’t speak for the whole commission in that regards. What the commission sees is that there are two viable explanations but I can tell you two years into this with all the decept, deception, lying that I have seen: the scientists on the Wuhan market side, vasty over-stating or misdirecting the gaze and the absolute absurd, sad, worrisome, frightening, unwillingness of the US gov, starting with NIH, to look closely at the lab hypothesis. It’s really very telling. So, that is just to set the scene. I started on the other side and watched very closely and like all of us I have been an avid reader of the drip drip drip of information that has been prized out of the hands of NIH because they are not talking, they are not forthcoming, they are not being honest. Foucci is not telling like it is, by drip, the story is coming out and it’s a very worrisome one.”

‘The death toll from this vaccine is orders of magnitude beyond anything for any other vaccine that has been administered to the human race. So what we have here is a manufactured virus. A controlled narrative to lie, not only about the origin of the virus, but about the efficacy of these injections and wearing masks. And that’s the one thing that is missing throughout all of this. And yet so many people acquiesced to it. So many people got these drugs, thought they were doing the right thing, felt they had no choice. And now we have millions upon millions of people walking around with his drugs in their bodies. That for all we know, could end up killing them, but sometime in the distant future or even the near future. We already know that these drugs cause serious heart problems. That football is one who couldn’t play for Manchester city as he had to retire because he got one of these injections and his heart wouldn’t let him play football. Children are getting these drugs and they’re having heart problems. Women are having menstrual problems because of these drugs and yet no one ever explained to them what could happen. Very interestingly in November of last year, a man named Stephen Alrich, who is the Director of Pharmaceuticals for Bayer got up at the World Health Forum (Sept 2022) said;
“If we had surveyed the public 2 years ago, ‘would you be willing to take a gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body’, we would have probably had a 95% refusal rate. I think that this pandemic has opened people’s eyes to innovation in ways that was not possible before.”

‘The Medicine & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) extended the emergency authorisation of the Pfizer / BioNTech mRNA jab in the UK to allow it to be given to children between the ages of 12 – 15 on the 4th June 2021.
At the time, the Chief Executive of the MHRA, Dr June Raine said the MHRA had “carefully reviewed clinical trial data in children aged 12 to 15 years and have concluded that the Pfizer vaccine is safe and effective in this age group and that the benefits outweigh any risk”.
‘We are left wondering if Dr June Raine and the MHRA have even read the results of the extremely short and small study. If they have then they would have seen that 86% of children in the study suffered an adverse reaction ranging from mild to extremely serious.’
