Farm Case Study 10: Coombe Farm Organic, Somerset

Ben White keeps organic pigs on Coombe Farm Organic. They’ve been overwhelmed by requests from new customers. Because they allow pigs to reach full maturity, they often haven’t had enough produce to keep up with demand and work really hard to get things back in stock and let customers know about it. They’ve also had to think carefully about the health and well being of staff members.
