Producer Case Study 16: MEAT N16

Meat N16 butcher & delicatessen has two shops in North London run by Paul Grout. Most of the pork comes from Plantation Pigs in West Sussex where the pigs are free to roam on the South Downs. The pandemic caught them on the back foot and to help tackle hour long cues they set up a delivery and prepaid service. The shop reopened on the 24th June.

Paul says, “the feedback and generosity from customers has been humbling and we’ve done all we can to serve the community here in North London”.
