Primal Cut are artisan producers that follow Slow Food principles. They promote local food & traditional cooking with free range, locally sourced meat. COVID-19 has ceased their activities around markets, food festivals and outdoor events.
Director Michael Oliver said, “What has helped us through this time has been a real growth and interest in the provenance of real and whole foods. While the pandemic has affected our ability to sell face to face with customers it has pushed us to revisit the reasons we started our business in the first place”.
