700 Tractors. One Clear Message. Save British Farming!
On 11th December, farmers from across the UK descended on London in a powerful display of unity and determination. Around 700 tractors filled the streets, sending a clear message to the government: stop the attack on British farming.
This protest was about far more than inheritance tax changes—it was about the survival of family farms, food security, and the future of sustainable agriculture.
Liz Webster, Save British Farming founder:
“For decades, farmers have faced a hammering on prices from supermarkets. Now, the Labour government’s latest budget spells the death of farming as we know it.”
Geoff Gibson, Fairness for Farmers founder:
“The threat to British farming is massive. This government is risking our food security and pushing farmers out of business. This isn’t just a policy—it’s a vengeful attack on farmers.”
Farmers are fighting for all of us—to protect fresh, local, high-welfare food and the rural communities that produce it. Without their voices, our food systems could collapse under the weight of cheap, substandard imports and patent protected frankenstein products from giant unaccountable global corporations.
Stand with farmers. Share their message. Support local, high-welfare farms. Together, we can protect the future of British farming.
